A hardtail that'll deliver on regular rides and in races, the Trek Procaliber 9.6 Mountain Bike is kitted out with an OCLV Mountain Carbon frame that's swift, light and complete with an IsoSpeed decoupler for heightened compliance to smooth chattery, fatigue-inducing trails. The upgraded RockShox Recon Gold RL fork soaks up bumps from roots and rocks with 100mm of travel, and the remote lockout makes for efficient climbing and comfortable riding on any tamer trails.

Reliable Shimano SLX 1x12-speed components save on weight whilst providing a wide range of gears to tackle tough gradients, and the single front chainring minimises any chance of mid-ride complications as well as simplifying post-ride maintenance. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes ensure rapid stopping power that won't falter in bleak conditions, and tubeless-ready wheels mean tyres can be run at lower pressures for grippy traction without the risk of pinch flats.
